CONFERENCE AND GROUP INFORMATION
Over the years we have had the pleasure of hosting a variety of group celebrations including birthdays, bucks & hens parties, corporate groups, school groups and conference delegates from all over the world, many tell us it was the highlight of their stay.
If you have a large group we would love to work with you to organise an unforgettable experience for your guests. If you require multiple trips we can organise additional activities to entertain those waiting onshore including kayaks, SUP’s, party pontoons, river cruise and more. Tell us what you need and we will organise it for you!
Terms & Conditions
All tours are subject to tide, weather conditions & minimum numbers. All riders must sign a waiver before boarding. Oceanrider shall not be liable for death/injury to any persons or loss/damage to property under any circumstances. The Captain has the right to refuse any persons due to safety concerns. Alternate pick up points to Noosa Marina must be prearranged with the Operator.
Cancellation must be made by phone. Customers who cancel 24 hours or more from tour departure time will receive a credit or full refund. Customers who cancel between 4 and 24 hours from the tour departure time will receive a credit to use within 12 months. No shows and customers who cancel within 4 hours of the tour departure time will be charged the full price. Should the Operator cancel a tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a seat on the next available tour will be offered or a full refund.
